I found that this is one of my favorite family pictures and when I show it to people they can't believe that I took the photo myself. I was having a hard time with trying to find the "perfect" paper but thought to myself, "nothing gained nothing earned" and jumped out on a limb and took a chance. To much my belief it turned out absolutely wonderful. My favorite part was using stencils in reverse on the back side of patterened paper and then hand cutting out the letters to spell our family name as well as the year. I didn't use too many embellishments as I felt that the paper pattern was enough to add to the layout. I used 2 simple pieces of ribbon and 2 brads to secure into place and VOILA!!! I feel that this color combination would work for any type of layout!!! Hope you like it too!!!!
